Our Fairy Princess 5th Birthday Party

This is our daughter’s fifth birthday party celebration. We intend to give her this party for so many reasons- like a family reunion in San Ildefonso Bulacan, being thankful for her five years without any sickness, and foremost celebrate God’s blessings. With a very tight budget to celebrate it with almost 200+ guest list. I […]

You are Magnifico!

Four years ago, I wrote a letter to myself. We had an activity from our Starshooter class ’83 last 2012 where we are required to write a letter for ourselves, and they mailed it to us after a month. Today, upon cleaning my documents due to a house termite, the letter surfaced to remind me […]

True Bonding. More Fun in the Philippines

This new tourism slogan for the Philippines is really great. Though it is similar to Switzerland tourism campaign the 1950’s, the impact of the “more fun” is incomparable mostly to our own Filipino OFW’s and who misses the Philippines culture. It is a wake up call to our Filipino brothers and sisters all over the world to reconnect and make the Philippines a “Value Fun Destination” not just because of our beautiful white beaches, but the culture, our good charming values and the people itself. Let me start my slogan “True Bonding. More Fun in the Philippines!”

Day 322/365: UST Fusion Concert by Ms Mela Guevarra

Another first! Thanks for Project 365 and I was able to visit the historical University of Santo Tomas (UST) College of Music. I heard so much of famous artist who started from this school and was able to conquer the world of music. Salute to UST!

Fusion, a benefit concert was a collaboration of future artists who mesmerizes us with their musical talents from Strings to Bands, to Solo Performers to Rock and Pop Groups. Awesome! A round of applause to Ms Mela Guevarra for inviting us and lead this talented artists for a cause. A lovely lady with a beautiful heart and gifts of natural talents.

Congratulations Mela!

Day 316/365: Pacquiao-Marquez III Controversial Match @ Medicard Lifestyle Center

How was the fight? From Round 1 to 7 and based on how the camera is being rolled to capture each punch, I know it was Marquez whom I truly admire on how he counter attacks and made his connecting punch a success. Round 8 to 12 is a mix of Pacquiao and Marquez punches but in favor of Marquez as how it was being covered by media. And yes, being totally ignorant on the boxing rules and how it is being scored, in my eyes and “connecting punch” points, the winner should be Marquez. However there are professional judges who were all there watching and observing each punch, moves, and attacks. The boxing rules applies and based on my research, this is how it works (c/o boxing.isport.com)

A partnership between Sugarleaf, Inc. and the MEDICard Lifestyle Center, the haven of health is located at the ground and second floors of the beautiful new building at the corner of Paseo de Roxas and Sen.
