Sugarleaf recently held its first workshop with Bali-certified raw chef and professional educator Asha Peri. It was a full house day! as over 30 people listened intently as Asha shared her passion and energy for raw food in an afternoon of desserts, desserts and more desserts – pies, chocolates, puddings and more but low-glycemic, full of energy and nutrients.
About Asha Peri:
Asha Peri has been a vegetarian for 10 years and a raw vegan for more than a year now and had obtained her certification from renowned raw food educator Elaina Love of Pure Joy Planet Culinary Academy. Her advocacy revolves around the value of wellness and promoting a healthy sustainable lifestyle.
