Indian Food is always known for its curry and chili combination with lots of spices, and my food experience in Bangalore, India is really hot and spicy! And in the buffet section I always ends up getting some chicken or beef slices with just a dash of curry sauces. Their food is really good maybe because of hundreds of spices, which is new to me but everything has onions and chilis on it. Okay, I am not complaining but being appreciative in liberating my taste buds for something different and makes me red while eating. It feels like a 3km sprint run that will moisture your nose and forehead and forget about either its yummy or salty but hot! and yet cant stop eating. Funny huh 🙂 and thats the authentic Indian Cuisine!
And what’s the best place to have an authentic Indian Cuisine? Try and experience New Bombay! their food is really great and check out their chefs, they are really Indian nationals and well-trained Filipinos who can really cook up a cuisine in the best Indian tradition fit for the royal highness!
The ambiance is great, depending on what branch you are, I usually dine in Podium for ample of parking slots, less crowded with nice toilets too 🙂 I just find their tables and chairs annoying for the black and gold color but somehow its a taste of India anyway, other no-no’s for me will be their plastic drinking glass. It seems thousands have landed their lips on it and its time to be trashed. So order a bottled water instead for you not to get dismay. I am hoping the other branches doesn’t have the same though.
Their best seller is the cheesy Chicken curry called the “Chicken Malay Masala” and the Lamb stew called the “Mutton Masala”, add the roti bread on the side and presto! you got the best combination ever.
Try their food. I swear it will give you some hot kicks! 🙂 It’s one of the best Indian Cuisine in Manila.
